Operators Needed for Light the Night Walk

I am in need of operators for The Light The Night® Walk on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at the Reid Park, Demeester OPC (Outdoor Performance Center) in Tucson. The walk is only 2 miles, and is both wheelchair and stroller accessible. Dogs are welcome as well. There will be a barbeque meal served beginning at 5:30 with a small presentation at 6:45. At 7:15 the walk will begin and the program ends around 9:30pm.

Although this walk is short, it is dark around the park. The route starts at the band shell to Randolph way, down 22nd Street to Country Club, and back through the park to the band shell. I would love to get at least 10 operators to keep the walkers safe. If you are able to be of assistance please contact me via email or phone.

If you are not able to help as an operator maybe you would like to help with a donation to a very worthy cause that helps prevent and fight blood cancers. Below is a link to my Light the Night website.
