There is an upcoming training opportunity for anyone interested in emergency services. It's run by Tom Taylor of the Pantano Disaster Action Team (DAT), which is probably one of the most active CERT teams around (some of you may have met Tom when he gave a talk for RACES a few months back). The class itself is the basic CERT training and is sponsored by the Pima County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. |
